imageNamaste is a sanskrit word, a greeting that conveys a spirit of love. It is usually spoken at the end of a yoga class. Some use it as a closing in a letter. I saw a detailed translation of Namaste in a massage clients home. I asked if I could copy it down. Lost in the shuffle of life, it surfaced this morning. It is so beautiful, I just had to share it. Namaste.

I honor the place in you

in which the entire universe dwells;

I honor the place in you of love,

of light,

of truth,

of peace.

I honor the place within you

where, if your are in that place in you

and I am in that place in me,

there is only one of us.

I love living in Maine. I love working as a Massage Therapist. I love being married, and being a mom to my grown children. I love believing in something greater than myself and exploring all the ways it shows up.
