Anti-inflammatory Foods

imageMassage alone can’t always decrease pain due to inflammation.  Staying hydrated and decreasing sugar intake are two ways to combat inflammation.

But what if you already do that?

Try adding more anti-inflammatory foods. They include fruits and vegetables like apples, berries, broccoli, mushrooms, papaya, pineapple, and spinach.

Walnuts and fish including salmon, tuna and sardines are also options for reducing inflammation. These foods contain fats known as omega-3 fatty acids.
